The AdvanceMed Hanford (AMH) Health Challenge Tracker is an online health promotion tool designed to encourage healthful habits and promote individuals to make commitments to healthy living. The AMH Health Challenge Tracker is not intended to replace the advice of your health care provider. I understand that my participation in health challenges available on the AMH Health Challenge Tracker is strictly voluntary and that it is my responsibility to participate in all activities in a safe manner. The AMH Health Challenge Tracker is an online health promotion tool that identifies and tracks healthy lifestyle changes for individuals and work teams. It is designed to help you make and keep commitments to healthy living. The Health Challenge Tracker system makes it easy for you to keep track of your daily activities and the achievement of specific goals. With the Health Challenge Tracker, you may join health challenges and track your participation in health activities offered as part of the challenge. Participants can view a report of their completed health activities at any time. Through participation and achievement of challenge goals, participants earn points. When you accumulate a certain number of points in a given challenge, you will become eligible to win a prize. Each challenge will have a different set of activities, point assignments, and prizes.

Enter Points
You can view activities you have already completed as well as activities still available to complete. You can collect points for completed activities. Use the calendar to enter your points by clicking on the date and "enter points" button next to the activity you’ve completed.

Reports
You can view a report of the activities you have completed and your current point total. You may also view a team report if you’d like to see how your team is doing.

Join a Challenge
You can view details related to current challenge events and upcoming challenge events.

Join a Team
You can join an existing team or create a new team to enlist support and create healthy competition.
